Longley Condominium Services was incorporated in 2001 to fill the critical need for sound condominium management expertise in Calgary's flourishing market. A condominium is a sizable investment for our clients. We help preserve and enhance the value of the properties we manage by forming a partnership with our clients that focuses on the elements that add value to their homes. Underlying this philosophy is our firm belief that the common elements of a condominium should not detract from value.
We recognize the relationship between superior management and resale values, and understand that property values are cyclical. While Calgary enjoys a hot real estate market and strong demand for new housing, condominium resale values continue to rise.
We also know from experience that the market will change over time when the demand for new housing is satisfied. Condominiums may be particularly vulnerable in a challenging market, and owners need the competitive edge of well-maintained common areas and solid management expertise to retain the highest possible values.
